I TRY MEDITATION -- Carve out 5-15 minutes in your day. -- Find a place that is comfortable and quiet. -- Start with eyes closed and improving awareness by noticing where your body is in relation to the space around you. -- Focus by bringing your thoughts to a key word for me its "Om". If your thoughts waver slowly bring them back to that word. You can says the word out loud if. it helps. -- At then end come out of your meditation state while thinking of your days ahead- family, goals, priorities etc. -- Benefits: increased focus, self awareness and ability to handle stress. -- I found the headspace app helpful but not necessary.
